Step 01 - Scoping Call

Every engagement begins with a structured conversation — not a sales pitch. We assess your current AI usage, organizational complexity, and the most immediate risk or structural gap. This call determines which product is the right entry point.

Step 02 - Diagnostic Phase

We map how AI is currently being used inside your organization — across workflows, teams, and decision points. We identify risk exposures, policy gaps, and governance inconsistencies. This phase is structured, not exploratory.

Step 03 - Framework Build

 If a governance framework is indicated, we design the operating system for how AI is used inside your organization. This includes usage policies, decision classification, data handling standards and accountability structures - built to your actual workflows.

Step 04 - Operator Training

Governance infrastructure only works if the people using it understand how to operate within it. Training is behavior-level, role-specific, scenario-based and tied directly to the frameworks your team will actually use.

Core Engagement A full governance diagnostic followed by framework installation. This is the primary engagement sequence — diagnosis informing design, with training included in all framework tiers.


Standalone Training Operator training available as a standalone product for organizations that have existing governance structures and need team-level behavior alignment.
