Fellowship Intelligence
Where Governance Meets Organizational Capability.

Structured. Scoped. Delivered.

Every engagement at Fellowship Intelligence begins with the same question: what does your organization actually need? Not what is trending. Not what a vendor is selling. What the structure of your operation requires.

We do not run open-ended retainers.

We do not offer vague advisory relationships.

Every engagement is scoped, prepaid and defined by deliverables - before work begins.

Diagnose First

We do not design solutions before understanding the problem. Every engagement begins with structured discovery.

Scoped, Not Open

Work is defined before it begins. No scope creep. No ambiguous deliverables. No surprise extensions.

Prepaid Engagements

All work is prepaid. This keeps engagements clean, focused and free from billing complexity.

Decision Support Only

We provide governance infrastructure and decision support. We do not hold fiduciary roles or make operational decisions on your behalf.

Step 01 - Scoping Call

Every engagement begins with a structured conversation — not a sales pitch. We assess your current AI usage, organizational complexity, and the most immediate risk or structural gap. This call determines which product is the right entry point.

What comes out of it:

  • Clarity on organizational scope
  • Identification of primary risk surface
  • Product and tier recommendation
  • Engagement terms defined

Step 02 - Diagnostic Phase

We map how AI is currently being used inside your organization — across workflows, teams, and decision points. We identify risk exposures, policy gaps, and governance inconsistencies. This phase is structured, not exploratory.

What comes out of it:

  • AI usage map (current state)
  • Risk surface identification
  • Policy gap analysis
  • Structured written report

Step 03 - Framework Build

If a governance framework is indicated, we design the operating system for how AI is used inside your organization. This includes usage policies, decision classification, data handling standards and accountability structures - built to your actual workflows.

What comes out of it:

  • AI usage policy (operational)
  • Decision classification framework
  • Data handling standards
  • Governance ownership model

Step 04 - Operator Training

Governance infrastructure only works if the people using it understand how to operate within it. Training is behavior-level, role-specific, scenario-based and tied directly to the frameworks your team will actually use.

What comes out of it:

  • Role-specific training sessions
  • Scenario-based exercises
  • Decision consistency alignment
  • Output validation protocols
